The Inner Power Process
By loving yourself and others, you deepen your connection to your personal power and your spirit.
The Book
We have been Psychotherapists for over 3 decades. Our personal and professional experiences led us to create ‘The Inner Power Process’. The book, What Your Mother Never Told You About Love, Sex & Power, will take you on a journey of self-discovery.
- It will teach you how to love and nurture yourself.
- It will teach you how to manage your protective walls and create connection.
- It will teach you how to live with an open heart in your relationships.
- It will teach you the true purpose of love, sex and power in your life.
Love
What your mother never told you is that connecting to love requires vulnerability. It also requires forgiveness.
- Every time you find your way back to love.
- Every time you let go.
- Every time you surrender.
- Every time you forgive you will be changed.
- You will be more powerful.
Sex
Every woman is unique regarding her sexuality. In order to fully express your sexuality, it’s important to communicate your desires and be emotionally vulnerable. Vulnerability is what allows you to be touched in a deeply fulfilling and meaningful way.
What Your Mother Never Told You About Love, Sex & Power will help you open yourself to experience the restorative quality that emerges from an open-hearted sexual connection. Most women are capable of opening either their sexuality or their heart. The challenge is opening both at the same time. We are complicated! But then, that’s what makes women so fascinating.
Power
True power comes from within. It is about having an inner life and knowing yourself. It requires the ability to trust your voice, speak your truth, and to hear another person’s voice and truth. We describe this process as ‘building emotional muscle’. When you think about power in the terms of vulnerability, receptivity and accountability, you reap many emotional and spiritual benefits. One of those benefits is compassion: developing compassion for yourself and others releases you from negative, self-defeating thought patterns and brings you closer to the people you love.
